How to Deal with Stress – Are things not working out quite smoothly for you? It happens to everyone, we have an exam coming up and feel under prepared, have pending work, unable to find something, our dearest is ill and the list goes on. We just have to accept it; it’s a part of life. But, in saying this it doesn’t need to rule us either. I have come to find out that I can depend on these 6 strategies to help me survive the ‘worst’ of times. One big moment in my life was when I moved to India from New Zealand. I had to pretty much relearn the basics of life: how to go to the bathroom, how to eat, how to speak Hindi and how to socialize most of which is very different to that of my home country; and that on top of dealing with the normal requirements of life. If I didn’t put into practice these strategies I’m certain I wouldn’t be able to cope with the drastic change in lifestyle. Now I would like to share with you what works when it comes to coping with stress for more ease in your life.
