Main wahi same person hoon aur life ke saath chal rahi hoon. Ye bahut common hai aur kabhi na kabhi sabhi ne isko experience zaroor kiya hoga ( kabhi kabhi depressed hona normal hai). Par kuchh medical cases bhi hote hain.( jismein doctor ki salah ki zaroorat padti hai). Sabse pehle aap khud se in steps ko try karein. Ye ek mental game bhi hai. Aap har time achchha feel nahin kar sakte par jab aap low hote hain to aap usse bahar kitni jaldi nikalte hain ye bahut matter karta hai. Agar aap jante hain ki depression ki feeling se kaise bahar aayein to aap great feel kareinge aur productive bhi honge, aur doosre bhi aap ki positive personality se inspire honge. Yahan kuchh tareekon se aap depression ki feeling ko rok sakti hain.
