Kya aapne kisi ko stage par blank ho jate huye dekha hai? ya aap khud stage par jaane se darte hain? Jab koi failure se darne lagta hai aur yahi sochta hai ki sab uske baare mein kya socheinge aur hamesha ke liye uski reputation kharab ho jayegi. Aise mein stage ka darr hoga hi. Kyunki aapki saari energy yahi sochne mein ja rahi hai, isliye aapko aisa lagta hai. Sahi maane mein agar aapko stage ke darr se nikalna hai to aapko apne thought process ko alag direction mein change karna hoga. Uske liye aapko inn steps ko follow karna hoga.

1-Repetition Karein

Apne performance ko repeate karna bahut important hai. Jitni zaada practice aap kareinge utna hi aapko confidence aayega aur aapko pata hoga ki aapko kya karna hai.

  • Agar aapke paas time hai to kayi baar practice karein. Jisse ki koi bhi ghalti ka chance na rehe apki performance ke beech.
  • Lakin dhyan rakhein ki baar baar ek hi cheez karne se koi fayeda nahin hai kyun ki uska result same hi hoga.
  • Isliye aap apne performance ko alag alag tarah se repeat practice karein jisse aapko saari situation ke baare mein pata chal jaye aur aap use to ho jayein.
  • Iska matlab ye hai ki aapko har jagah aur saari tarah se perform karne ka exposure hona chahiye. Chhote se shuruat kariye, apne friend aur family ke samne practice karein, jinko aap jante hain. phir thoda bada jaise kuchh strangers ke samne. Casual gathering mein, apne study group mein, kisi khali room mein aur job hi theek lage.

2-Visualize Karein

Ab aap apni speech ko imagine karein ki aapki speech kaisi hogi. Sukoon se baithein ya lait jayein thodi der aur apni aankhein band kar lein.

  • Sochein ki aapki body language kaisi hogi, aap kaise bolenge. Apni asaani ke liye kisi famous speaker jaise Barak Obama ya koi aur job hi aapko pasand ho dekhein. Inko as a role model use karein aur inko emulate karne ki koshish karein.
  • Ab dekhein ki venue kaisa hoga, stage aur aapka microphone ki position kaisi hogi.agar aapko nahin maloom to pehle vanue pe jakar dekhein. Agar aap nahin ja sakte to aap atleast website par jake gallery pictures dekh lein aur idea lagayein.
  • Ye bhi visualize karein ki kuchh garbar ho gaya hai aur aap usko kaise handle kareingi. Visualize karein par bahut zaada dhyan na dein. Ye sirf is liye ki aapko koi situation nayi na lage aur sab kuchh achchhe se handle kar lein saari situation.

3-Khana Theek Se Khayein

Apne event wale din se pehle jab khana kahyein to bahut sukoon se khayein.

  • Agar aapko bhook nahin lagi hai tab bhi light khana zaroor khayein. Isse apko nausea sensation nahin hoga aur aapko energy milegi performance mein na ki aapka poora dhyan bhook aur darad mein lage.
  • Apne saath paani zaroor rakhein. Mouth dry hona common hai. aur paani se instant energy mitli hai aur aap alert ho jate hain.
  • Caffeine, sugar, aur alcohol avoid karein inse drowsiness aur sir ghoomta hai.

4-Body Ko Energies Karein

Chahe aap jitni practice kar lein par stage ka darr control nahin hota. Isliye performace se pehle exercise bahut kaam aati hai isse aapko sukoon milta hai. Especially tab jab aapke palm sweat hon, dry throat aur mouth, shaki body, heart recing aur nausea feel ho rahi ho.

  • Apni body ko tight karein hathon ko zor se band karein, saans kheech ke rokein, eyes band karein,moonh band karke daanton ko zor se dabayein, shoulder uppar karein.
  • 15 seconds tak rokein aur phir dheere dheere saans chhorein.
  • Isse aap apni worries bbhool jayeinge aur dubara focus kar payeinge.
  • Aur aap relax feel kareinge.

5- Frame of Mind

Apne aap par believe karein. Agar aap khud par bharosa nahin karienge to aapka performance kaise achchha hoga. Apne aapko convince karein ki aap achchha kareinge.

  • Stage par jayein aur ye sochein ki audience aapke saath hai. Koi aapke against nahin hai. Aapka minset aisa hona chahiye ki aap logon ko kuch achchha batane ja rahe hain.
  • Stage pe jate waqt ye na sochein ki audience kaise react karegi.
  • Pehle instance mein aapne jo energy control ki thi wahi aap performance ke time dete hain.
  • Doosre instance mein aap energy ko lena chahte hain jis par aapka koi control nahin tabhi aapko darr lagta hai.
  • Apne minset ko observe karein aur dekhein ki aap kaise isko change kar sakte hain.

Remember: Stage ka daar shuru mein lagta hai. Jaise hi aap isko nikal le gaye phir aap mood mein aa jayeinge aur saara darr khatam ho jayeiga. Aur apka performance successful ko jayega.
