2. Communication:

Aapko apni baat aur apni knowledge ko doosre candidates aur group mein effectively batani hogi. Kya aap inn communication ke aspects mein comfortable hain?

Verbal:

  • Saaf bolein aur authority se bolein. Nahin to koi bhi aapki baat nahin sunega. Par yaad rahe authority ka matlab chillana (shouting) nahin hai.
  • Agar aapki English strong nahin hai to koi baat nahin. Par aapki information aur facts bahut achchhe hone chahiye.
  • Natural rahein aur apna opinion zarooro rakhein. Jo log ratta maar ke aate hain aur robot ki tarah bona shuru kar dete hain saare stats woh discussion ke flow mein nahin reh paate.
  • Hamesha simple English ka use karein. Agar aapko jargons ka use karna pade to use explain karein aur abbreviations ke bajaye full form use karein.

  • Aur sunkar aap apne point taiyyar kar sakte hain aur decide kar sakte hain ki kab aapko apni baat karni hai.
  • Aap unki baat se agree/ disagree kar sakte hain aur apni baat add kar sakte hain.

  • Poore group se baat karein. Agar aap kisi ki baat par kuchh bolna chahte hain to usko he/she se refer karein unka naam aur number se nahin lein.
  • Apni awaaz par dhyan dein taki sab aapki baat sun sakein start, middle aur end mein especially. Aur un points par jinke bare mein aap strong opinion rakhte hain. jisse app apni presence dikha sakein discussion mein.
  • Initiative lein aur topic introduce karein. Isse aapko lead milti hai.
  • Doosron ko motivate karein ki woh bhi apna point of view rakhein. Kisi ko force na karein bolne ke liye jab koi bolna chahta ho aur use koi bolne nahin de raha to aap usko support kar sakte hain.
