Hum Depressed feel karte hain jab hamein lagata hain ki humari zindagi mein kuchh missing hai. Main bhi kayi baar depression mein aa chuki hoon, jab main dekhti hoon mere friends bahut mazedaar cheezien kar rahe hain, ya jab who bahut khubsoorat lag rahe hote hain, ya jab who naya saaman khareedte hain aur ya jab main mera ghar miss karti hoon…. gosh aur bhi bahut wajahon se :p. Main wahi same person hoon aur life ke saath chal rahi hoon. Ye bahut common hai aur kabhi na kabhi sabhi ne isko experience zaroor kiya hoga ( kabhi kabhi depressed hona normal hai). Par kuchh medical cases bhi hote hain.( jismein doctor ki salah ki zaroorat padti hai). Sabse pehle aap khud se in steps ko try karein. Ye ek mental game bhi hai. Aap har time achchha feel nahin kar sakte par jab aap low hote hain to aap usse bahar kitni jaldi nikalte hain ye bahut matter karta hai. Agar aap jante hain ki depression ki feeling se kaise bahar aayein to aap great feel kareinge aur productive bhi honge, aur doosre bhi aap ki positive personality se inspire honge. Yahan kuchh tareekon se aap depression ki feeling ko rok sakti hain.

1- Busy Rahein

  • Bahut saare kaam hain jinhein poora karna hai, par aap nahin kar pa rahe hain. To sirf 10 minutes dedicate karein us kaam ko phirr dheere dheere aap ka khud hi mann lagne lagega kaam mein.
  • Cheezein jo aap ko pasand hon jaise read a book, gym, write, draw, build, create, aur jo bhi achchha lage karein.
  • Kisi tarah ka project start karein, ya learn new skill, hobby classes, work.
  • Time nahin hai to nikalein, Apne liye time nikalna bahut zaroori hai, jab aap achchha feel karte hain to aap apno ka zaada achchhe se khayal rakh sakte hain aur khush rehte hain.

2- Socialise

  • Friends banaiye aur friends, family se milte julte rahein. Jab aap sabse milte julte raheinge to ek feel good factor sabmein bana rahega.
  • Unse message aur phone par baat karte rahein.
  • Personally milne se bond strong hota hai, aap unko mall bula sakte hain, dinner par ya unke ghar par ek quick visit kar sakte hain.
  • Join club, classes, ya hobby classes, isse aapko naye logon se milne ka mauka milega jinka same interest hoga.

3 – Baat Karein

  • Kisi janne wale se baat karein jo similar situation mein ho isse aap akela feel nahin kareingi. Aur aap ko sukoon milega.
  • Agar aap kisi ko nahin janti. To jo bhi aap se aap ke bare mein poochhe aur uske paas time ho to usse baat karein.
  • Agar aisa bhi koi nahin to. To aap kisi se bhi baat kar sakte hain. How they are? Or How was their day?

4-Relax

Jab kabhi hum low feel karte hain to usse bahar aana bahut mushkil ho jata hai. Aise time par hamein un situations ke bare mein nahin sochna chahiye jo past mein huyi aur ya humare future mein kya hoga, hume sirf aaj ke bare mein sochna chahiye.

  • Visualize- peeth par let jayein aur aankhon ko close karke poori body ko relax karein.
    Imagine ki aap ek peaceful place pe hain. Main hamesh ek green park ke bare mein sochti hoon, fountain se paani girne ki aawaz sunti hoon aur thandy thandy hawa ko mehsoos karti hoon.Cheezy lekin isse mera mood change ho jata hai. 🙂
  • Soothing music sunein.
  • Yoga karein.
  • Window/Shop karne ke liye nikal jayein, park mein walk karein aur quiet libarary mein time guzarein.
  • Pray.
  • Aur is time ka use fresh start karne mein karein.

5- Gratitute

Kuchh bhi help nahin kar rahe. Aap ko pata nahin ki aur log bhi hain jo aap ko bahut lucky maante hain, unke paas who nahin jo aap ke paas hai. isliye show some gratitude ki aap ki situation itni bhi buri nahin jitna aap soch rahin hain.

  • Aap aaj kin 5 cheezon ke liye greatful hain?
  • Small cheezon se start karein jaise Aap ke paas pehenne ke liye cloths hain, aap ne achchhe se khana khaaya, aap ke sar par chhat hai.
  • Jab ye basic cheezein khaatam ho jayein tab aap start kar sakhte hain, aap ke paas parents hain, husband/wife hai aur children hain aur bhi cheezein…
  • Meri health achchhi hai, main educated hoon.
  • Aur koi unique cheez aap ke bare mein.

Khush rekhna chahte hian? In points ko use karein aur aap dekheinge ki aap un cheezon ke bare mein kam attention denge aur socheinge jo aap ko depress karti hain. Aur aap kush raheinge.
