3 – Breath

Aksar hum saas lena bhool jate hain ya phir bahut chhoti chhoti sanse letehain jisse hamari body ko kam oxygen mil pati hai. Aur isse hum aur nervous feel karte hain.

  • Gehri saanse lein thodi thodi der baad. Naak se saans kheechiye aur munh se nikhaliye.
  • Breathing par focus karein aur theek se poori gehri saans lein aur reathing ko control karein.
  • Ideally, Wahan se thoda hat jayein aur baahar jaake apni breathing ko sahi karein aur phir apne task mein lagein.

4 – Khud Se Baat karein

Khud se baat kariye – Talk, talk, talk, khud par bharosa rakhein. Sab bol daalein job hi ghabrahat ho rahi ho.

  • Ghabrahat ke bajaye kahein –“ I can do this”.
  • “ Mujhe hi karna hai to kyun na poore dum se kiya jaaye”
  • Aur “ Mujhe sab nahin aate, that’s ok.”
  • Positive self-talk bahut helpful hoti hai aapko better feel karane ke liye. Aur aapki saari ghabrahat chali jayegi aur aapko success milegi.

5 – Apne Aapko Aage Rakhein

Agar aap apne confort zone mein raheinge to aap success ke paas nahin pahuch sakte aur success hi aapko happiness deti hai.

  • Apne aapko hamesha aisi situations mein rakhein aapko perform karna hi pade.
  • Apne aapko koi option mat dein.
  • Ghaltiyon ke bare mein mat sochein aur khush rakhein. Itna sab sochne se aapka hi nuqsaan hoga.

Kuchh kaheinge practice se hoga, jabki nervousness (gharahat) hum insaano ki ek natural instinct hai. Jab bhi aapko lage, kuchh strategies se aap is par kaaboo paa sakte hain.   3. hello sir,my problem is that whenever i face interview i feel some nervousness i feel like some hasitetion whenever i have talk in interview i don’t know why the words are not come out of my mouth,So mein appse jaanna chahata hun ki mein apni hasitetion ko kaise face karro or iska solution kuch hoo tuu please. Zarur bataiye.
